For exchanges, we are happy to cover the cost of sending the replacement item. Customers are responsible for return postage.
To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we are unable to reimburse items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier service. While we do our best to assist, MENA is not responsible for delays once the parcel is in transit.
We recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email if you require an update.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delivery delays or loss once handed over to the courier.

We started creating our own designs over 20 years ago to connect us more to our Samoan culture. MENA is named of our mother Mena Loheni who was born and raised in Samoa. She learned how to sew when she was very young and it has been a talent that has helped provide for her family and later on the foundation on which our family enterprise was built.
