Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within two business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within the next two business days.

A physical delivery address is required for all orders. All shipments include tracking, and a signature is required on delivery unless authority to leave has been provided.

For our United States customers, recent government tariffs may apply. While these charges are determined by US customs, rest assured your MENA pieces are packed and shipped with the same care and attention.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier service. While we do our best to assist, MENA is not responsible for delays once the parcel is in transit.

We recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email if you require an update.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delivery delays or loss once handed over to the courier.
