Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for a refund, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery.
Sale items may be returned for a store credit or exchange.
Please note that items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reserve your preferred size or style. Each item may be exchanged once only.
For exchanges, we are happy to cover the cost of sending the replacement item. Customers are responsible for return postage.
To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we are unable to reimburse items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

For our United States customers, recent government tariffs may apply. While these charges are determined by US customs, rest assured your MENA pieces are packed and shipped with the same care and attention.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier service. While we do our best to assist, MENA is not responsible for delays once the parcel is in transit.
We recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email if you require an update.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delivery delays or loss once handed over to the courier.

If you're new to MENA you'll quickly notice how much we love colour and vibrant polynesian prints!
We started creating our own designs over 20 years ago to connect us more to our Samoan culture. MENA is named of our mother Mena Loheni who was born and raised in Samoa. She learned how to sew when she was very young and it has been a talent that has helped provide for her family and later on the foundation on which our family enterprise was built.
